i thought maybe it was abandoned it was hard to tell from the pic. nothing is obvious to me today it seems. I am fighting off what might be the beginning of the flu.

Funny... I thought it was abandoned too, but Under Construction makes WAY more sense. We don't even have homes that sell for 10% of that price tag. LOL.
